About
Todd Dow is a geek. He has worked in the online industry for over 10 years and he likes to talk shop and share interesting tidbits with those around him. Macs, publishing on the web, IT security and cloud computing are some of Todd’s interests.
Wirepaper.com is Todd’s online knowledge base, IT resume and soapbox. Todd compiles his geek notes here for sharing with you. And one of these days, Todd may get ambitious and publish something geek-related. If so, you’ll likely hear about it here first.
Todd earned his Honours Computer systems Technology Diploma from Mohawk College in 1997. As well, Todd earned his Specialist Honours Degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Toronto in 2006. Additionally, Todd has completed some graduate work at McMaster Divinity college. Previously, Todd earned his second degree black belt in the martial arts of karate, tae kwon do and jiu jitsu. This grounding in both eastern and western philosophical and religious traditions has provided a breadth and depth of experience that Todd brings to his writing and critical thinking.
